Firstly, I must say that this post has been a little delayed – I wanted to post it sooner but I’ve been so busy catching up with things since I’ve been home from My travels across the US and Canada, that I’ve only just now had the time to do so… but, I digress..

I came home from My vacation to find a most incredible assortment of gifts waiting for Me. As I opened each box, each gift was even more amazing than the last! By the end, I was literally screaming in excitement! For you see… these items had special importance and relevance!

First, I opened a box to find the Skechers SHAPEUP SHOES that have been on My list for over a fucking year!! I have wanted these shoes for so very long, and was so disappointed that no one in all that time had picked them out and given them to Me.. not even for My birthday or for Xmas holidays. And in recent weeks, I have needed them even more for 2 reasons: 1) My old gym sneakers are VERY worn out, complete with holes around the toes! 2) Since moving, I am no longer close to a fitness center… I had to cancel My gym membership. This means I haven’t been able to work out lately, and since I do so much walking, I wanted these sneakers sooo much! Well now I’ve finally got them, and I’ve been wearing them every day!! I’m already starting to see improvement in My muscle tone, and I am motivated to go on walks even more now!!

Then… I opened THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*SCREAM*!!!!! This was the thing that I wanted most. I placed it on My wishlist a little over a month ago. For quite some time, My beloved black Macbook has been without a battery. The “cycle charges” were all consumed, according to the tech people at Mac… I was quite pissed off when I found this out. I thought there was just a problem with the battery, but they told Me that each battery only had a certain amount of uses before it was dead. (In all the fucking years that I’ve owned laptop computers for 4+ years on end… APPLE’S was the only one this happened to… those bastards purposely design the shit to break so that you spend more money replacing it!!)
So… for almost 2 years now I have used it without a battery, because I refused to drop $120 on replacing the battery. This worked out for awhile, but time and time again, while working on the computer, the power cord would get pulled out. (Macbooks have a safety sort of feature where the plug is held in only by a magnet rather than a full plug) … this would result not only in LOTS of My time being wasted after working on something for a long time, but it led to system crashes when I used it in Windows mode to play EQ or to do work-related stuff I could only use Windows for. *REALLY* annoying, as you can imagine. So many hours were lost because of that happening…
well it finally dawned on Me to put it on My wishlist. When I did, I was skeptical that anyone would buy it – after all, it’s not lingerie, makeup, shoes, or a fetish toy that anyone would get to see Me wear, or perhaps use on them, etc etc… as many of these types of gifts often have these somewhat selfish reasons behind them. ;P

Well, I have to say that this already had made My whole fucking month. But there was one more box left! I opened that one and to My excitement saw:

An EVERQUEST GAME CARD!!!!! yeaaahhh!! Funny thing about this: I had just ordered 2 EQ gamecards earlier in the month, using old Amazon gift certificates from My birthday… but they never came, and I was very unhappy about this. Apparently Amazon was out of stock on them and they are still even now on backorder. After going on such an extensive trip and not working for over a month, I couldn’t justify spending money on re-activating My Everquest subscription… but I really really wanted to log in since it had been ages. I was so sad that My EQ cards didn’t come… so you can imagine My surprise and joy when I opened this box to find one!!! Needless to say, I was back onto EQ, charging up My Macbook battery, and logged into the game that very night.

So, this post is for the lovely boy who has made Me so extremely fucking happy!!! I don’t have an email address… but I hope you are reading this. you know who you are… and you fucking rule!! Seriously… you can’t imagine how happy your gifts and kindness have made Me. THANK YOU so much. =)

and for the rest of you boys that are reading… let this be an example to you… material objects may not seem that special, but sometimes they are so very appreciated and needed that you can make your Goddess happy beyond words, and make Her life SO much easier and happier! The effect can last FOREVER. Acts of generosity like this are not forgotten by Me. What is the most impressive about the gifts is that the boy who sent them LOOKED at what I wanted most – he paid attention to the notes I put beside the items. Instead of getting something that he would have loved to see Me wear, or perhaps use on him one day, etc… he paid attention to MY needs, and that is the most important lesson of all.

And if you do decide to send Me something… you can always feel free to include a note with your contact information, because I love to send My thanks… I am tempted to send a little thank you box in the mail to this boy… but a Mistress can never know if it is safe to send such things.. and what eyes may see them… =)

Well, I think it’s time for some EQ now! yeah!!

greetings boys.   I haven’t been online much in the last week and a half;  I’ve had some pretty bad luck as far as health is concerned.  First, I fell on ice and twisted My ankle.  =(    Luckily, My collared slave Rimmon happened to be scheduled for a weekend visit to My Palace a couple days after it happened, so while I was stuck in bed, he waited on Me hand and foot.   My ankle started to get better, but then I came down with ulcers – something that’s happened to Me once before… it came out of nowhere this time… possibly from the stress of injuring My ankle…   but that resulted in several more days of being confined to My bed. (Here is the post I made on My vanilla journal if you want more info on exactly WHAT is so painful, be aware there are gross photos in it though..)  Rimmon had to leave on Monday, so I’ve had various friends  that have kept Me company and saved Me from being completely miserable for the last week…
so, I’m not better from that yet.  I’ve been taking Protonix for 4 days now (after spending 4 hours in the ER and being cared for by TOTAL ASSHOLES – I’m never going back to Mt Auburn ER again…)     but I’ve been out of commission for far too long.. I’m finally venturing outside My Palace today… it’s been a long time since I’ve left, lol…
